The model, “Bill” hits the pose. The angled posing platform distributes his weight across his back, enabling to essentially stand throughout the molding process.
The Alginate impression material is applied.
Cotton fibers are quickly embedded into the wet alginate. The alginate sets in about 7 minutes, at which point, all excess cotton is removed. The slight web of cotton that remains will grab the plaster gauze.
The one-piece negative mold is removed.
Ultracal-30 is layered into the mold.

A phallus is cast from a model.
The phallus is fit into place.
